With over 16 years’ experience across people, culture and inclusion, business operations, and non-profit governance, PJ brings a practical, strategic, and purpose-led approach to helping organisations thrive. He has held senior leadership roles in Australia and internationally, supports non-profits through board appointments, and holds multiple professional accreditations.
